Booking Process

In order to book any apartment, the guest must be of legal age in its country of residence. The booking can be made either through the online booking form, email or telephone. Once the booking is sent, we will contact the person within 24hs for a final confirmation, subject to availability.

Once the booking is confirmed by TMT Argentina, a 20% down payment off the total amount is required in order to formalize it, for which the guest will have 24hs to make, after that time, availability must be checked again.

Payment

If the guest is already in Buenos Aires, he/she will be able to make the booking payment cash. If the person is outside Argentina, he/she will be able to make the booking payment through PayPal (with an additional fee), Western Union or Bank deposit (only inside Argentina).

Safety deposit

The guest is required to leave a safety deposit, cash at Check In, which will vary according to the length of the stay. With some exceptions, the general scheme is as follows:

One or two week stay: One week safety deposit, equivalent to the price of the weekly rent.

One month stay: One month safety deposit equivalent to the price of the monthly rent.

More than one month (up to six months): One month safety deposit equivalent to the price of the monthly rent.

The safety deposit will be fully refunded at Check Out, whenever the property is returned in the same conditions as given at Check In.

Administrative fees

TMT Argentina will charge for administrative fees, once and per contract, the total amount of USD 35, no matter what the length of the stay is.

Rates

The online prices include building expenses, agency fee, city taxes, water, light and gas (unless it`s clearly stated in the property`s description) and, when specified, limited free local calls, cable TV and/or Internet.

The prices shown include a weekly cleaning service unless clearly stated in the property`s details. When weekly domestic service is included, it only applies for stays longer than one week.

All the units have been previously selected by TMT Argentina`s staff, all of them are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen.

Length of stay

Most of the properties can be rented weekly, fortnightly or monthly. When daily rentals apply, notice usually a minimum stay of 3 nights will be required.

Check In and Check Out

Prior to the guest`s arrival, a Check In time will be stipulated between the parties. At Check In, a contract will be signed together with the apartment`s inventory, and the amount due must be paid together with the safety deposit. The guest must be at the apartment at the agreed time for which there will be a half hour tolerance, after this, a new Check In time must be set which will have an additional fee of UDS 15. Once at the apartment, the guest will be given a set of keys and a Check Out time will be coordinated with the Landlord.

Check In time is 13.00hs and Check Out time is 11.00hs, all days. TMT Argentina includes free Check In/ Check Out between 9.00hs and 19.00hs, if the property is available at the desired time.

If the guest would like to Check In or Check Out on a different time other than the stated above and if the property is available, he/she will be able to do so according to the Early Check In/ Late Check Out policy.

For Check In/ Check Out on December 24th, 25th and 31st and January 1st, an additional fee of USD 50 will be charged, no matter the time.

Early Check-in/ Late Check-out

Available every day from 7.00hs to 9.00hs and from 19.00hs to 21.00hs with an additional cost of USD 20 and every day from 21.00hs to 7.00hs with an additional cost of USD 40 (Subject to availability).

This service must be paid regardless the real arrival time to the property since it requires a waiting time from TMT Argentina`s staff.

Cancellation Policy

For booking cancellations with a 30 or more days notice prior to arrival, TMT Argentina will reimburse 50% of the total amount paid as booking, deducting the expenses for money delivery.

Between 29 and 15 days, the amount to be reimbursed will be 15% of the total amount paid in respect of booking, deducting the expenses for money delivery.

If the cancelation occurs in 14 or less days or for No show, the company will keep total amount of the booking paid.

For cancellations between December 20th and January 2nd, the total amount of booking made will be retained by TMT Argentina.
